Recent active investigations of spin-frustrated and multiferroic systems suggest that the appearance of non-collinear magnetic ground states is strongly correlated with their interesting novel physical properties. The detailed information on spin moment direction or its temperature dependence of complicated non-collinear magnetic structure, can be very effectively obtained by means of polarized neutron technique. JAEA, in collaboration with ILL and CENG, has been installing the 3-dimensional polarization analysis equipment, CRYOPAD, on TAS-1 at JRR-3. We report some recent results on non-collinear magnetic ground states in the multiferroic system ErMnO and the itinerant antiferromagnetic system CrB.
